Please note: the owner resides in the front/main section of the home, and the space you are booking is the completely private rear section. It is professionally locked off, with no shared access or shared areas, ensuring you have a quiet and very private stay. This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom eco retreat offers the perfect escape in the heart of picturesque Hat Head. Surrounded by lush gardens and framed by headland views, it’s a peaceful haven where you can truly slow down and unwind.

Step inside and enjoy all the comforts of home with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and full linen provided. A kitchenet, featuring electric induction hot plates, a microwave, and a bar fridge, is ideal for preparing light holiday meals. Please note while there’s no oven, the setup is perfect for relaxed, no-fuss coastal cooking. Bedroom one features a comfortable queen bed with full linen provided. Bedroom two offers peaceful views over the garden, verandah, and headland a lovely way to wake up each day.

The open-plan living area is bright and breezy, flowing out to a large, leafy garden where you can relax to the gentle sound of the surf in the distance. Whether you’re into surfing, bushwalking, fishing, or simply lazing by the sea, this retreat places you in the heart of it all while still feeling like your own private slice of paradise.

The spacious bathroom is a standout, featuring an oversized bathtub with a shower overhead perfect for a long soak or a refreshing rinse after a day exploring the coastline.

    Property address is 2 Home st however entry is in Gap street, property not numbered or named so very difficult to locate had to ring office. Ants were a problem throughout bottle opener or can opener in kitchen.property description does not mention steps. Bathroom needs attention as depth of bath would be an obstacle to get in and out of for older persons.outlook from property is lovely,however gardens were quite overgrown and could do with some attention.

    Fabulous location - shame the bed broke and shame small ants were in the property (a sign is needed for them) We had to keep EVERYTHING in the fridge
