Upstairs, unwind in the spacious bedrooms and a second living area with a study. Modern comforts like air conditioning, a dishwasher, and a LARGE double garage make your stay hassle-free. Sunnyside is your perfect coastal escape, just a short stroll from everything !

If desired, the bedding configuration can be changed to 1 Queen, 2 Singles long Bed and 2 Single Beds. Please contact the office 48 hours before checkin to the property.

While we provide all essential bed linens, including mattress protectors, pillows, pillowcases, quilts, and quilt covers, we kindly ask guests to bring their own laundry detergent, dish soap, personal soap, and toilet paper, along with any other personal necessities.

All bookings are subject to holiday letting terms and conditions. Please note that parties or functions are strictly prohibited out of respect for our neighbors. Noise complaints may result in the loss of your security deposit and immediate eviction.

    The best holiday rental property in South West Rocks , lovely furnishings and linen etc , and so very well maintained and kept. The cleaning and presentation is a absolute credit to Katie the cleaner , she is brilliant and very very house proud. Only small comment would be given some of the recent breakins,cars stolen etc in SWR . I was very uncomfortable with the absence of a lockable door between the garage and the house, the remotes on the garage doors are easily replecated. I actually turned off the auto garage door at the power point each night .
    But it is a lovely residence and loved it.

    We stayed a week in SWR and we loved Sunnyside. it was perfect for us. The house is well looked after. The BBQ works fine. The kitchen is well designed. The outside area is small but barely used it as we were at the beach most of the time and the house is spacious inside with fan and AC.
    The house is at walking distance to the centre of town, the main beach and the river bridge. The double garage was perfect for us with a high ceiling. I could fit my grand Cherokee with a roof box on it with no issues.
    For activities: the beaches are great! and jumping from the bridge is a must!! We went to Treetops in Coffs Harbour, it is a bit far but it is worth it. Kids loved it. We will definitely be back at SWR and Sunnyside.

    Everything was great. The house was clean and didnt need to bring a thing. The property is in walking distance to everything. The beach is down at the end of the road. All the locals were very friendly and helpful.
