Sleeping Arrangements: The residence comprises four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom also includes a queen-sized bed. The remaining bedrooms are furnished with single beds.

Two Living Areas: Spread out and make yourself at home in our spacious retreat. With two cozy living areas, there's plenty of room for everyone to find their perfect spot to relax. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided at this property. While we ensure that all beds are equipped with mattress protectors, pillows, pillowcases, quilts, and quilt covers, we kindly ask guests to bring their own sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels. Additionally, guests are expected to provide their own laundry detergent, dish soap, personal soap, and toilet paper among other personal necessities.

  Beach Dreams is a very comfy home with plenty space and perfectly situated near the bush track to the beach.

  Only faults are back screen door had no lock or key and one of the kitchen bench seats were broken (fortunately put chair out of action so no injuries)

  We had a really lovely stay. Property was clean, very spacious, and had all the necessary facilities. Location of the house was excellent and bonus for being pet friendly. Double shed at the front of the property is not for guests use, but the garage connected to the house is.

  We have been holidaying in hat head for 10 years now.This was the first stay in this house. perfect, clean, beds are comfortable,open plan with plenty of seating in the BBQ area and large table on the veranda. Beach access across the road. Highly recommend

  Lovely big clean house. Great for our family stay. Right across the road from beach access. Only issue was not a lot of natural light within house and lots of the internal lights and lamps bulbs were not working. We loved our stay here and even rang and extended it with no issues.   Accommodation was great, large and very well presented. There were a few minor issues which I believe needs to be sorted.
  The light switches when waking in only turned the outside light on(which wasn't very bright when trying to use the bbq), they didn't turn the loungeroom lights on, which we never managed to figure it out along several other lights not working, but there was still enough available. I'm not sure if just the globes were blown or not. The bbq out the back triggered the electrical safety switch when turning the bbq light or range hood on, so we only used the front.
  Very minor but still satisfied with the presentation, perfect for a large family and pet friendly. Will happily rebook and stay here again.
