Rest assured, our property offers a spacious bedding configuration, accommodating up to nine people. With two Queen beds, one Double bed, two Single beds, and a trundle bed, there's plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. Please note linen is not included.

While we ensure that all beds are equipped with mattress protectors, pillows, pillowcases, quilts, and quilt covers, we kindly ask guests to bring their own sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels. Additionally, guests are expected to provide their own laundry detergent, dish soap, personal soap, and toilet paper among other personal necessities.

  This house was surprisingly a lot bigger and nicer than the photos suggested, our group had more than enough space to fit everyone comfortably. The yard was great, and the large full kitchen was a huge bonus. Only negative was the bins were full on arrival, so we had to remove all of our rubbish from the house to avoid extra fees. Other than that small inconvenience, we couldn't fault the house at all. The second lounge room was also a massive bonus, we loved having somewhere to move to and watch footy and movies, whilst the smaller living room was great for the kids.

  Great location, house welcoming and smelt wonderful. Wifi bit sketchy but that is the area. Everything we needed in our accommodation, home away from home. Group of 6 older age friends sharing house and everyone loved the house. Due to knee trouble would have been good to have rail at front steps to help us navigate them but there was rail around back with steps. We will be back..

  Great holiday house. Big and spacious place with plenty of room.
  Great having full access to foxtel for lazy time in front of the TV after spending all day out and about.
  Kitchen well appointed, furnishings great, beds comfortable. good sized rooms.
  Only suggstion to make our stay better would be to upgrade the bbq.
  South West Rocks a great place to relax and base your holiday to travel to Hat Head, Buffalo farm at Eungie Rail, Scotts head, Old gaol.
  I would highly recommend to stay at South West Rocks and at this property.
