Thoughtfully designed for easy holiday living, the home features a light-filled lounge, separate dining area, and a modern open-plan kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing meals after a day at the beach. Pets may be considered upon request.

Comfort is assured year-round with reverse cycle air conditioning, while practical extras including a washing machine, dryer, and outdoor hot shower make beachside living effortless.

There’s plenty of room for everyone, with tandem carport parking, rear access, and a large flat front yard perfect for boat parking.

Located just an easy 8-minute stroll from South West Rocks Main Beach, Yaringa offers the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and relaxed coastal charm for your next getaway.

A $40.00 booking fee plus a separate cleaning fee applies to all bookings. A Pet Bond is required upon booking

  Nice accommodation with renovated kitchen. Pleasant views from the back deck and kitchen window.Nice north light. Main bedroom had good airflow.The older style windows were a bit rattly at night in the bedrooms when it was windy weather.Nice location.

The house was light and airy, a great welcoming feel as we entered, beautiful balcony, fantastic modern kitchen with everything we needed plus some very thoughtful extras. Roomy bedrooms with comfy beds, comfy lounge, beautiful gardens. Very good TV selection, reception and wifi, At the end of a big day and wonderful hot shower with plenty of room and light. We didn't want to leave. So close to town and facilities. We will certainly be back and for a longer stay. Thank you

  Great location with easy access to cafe's and restaurants. Very quiet street with good views. The house has been recently renovated, the kitchen is fantastic with top line appliances with also air fry oven which we liked. Kitchen also very well stocked.   Four of us had the most fabulous stay in your house.. within walking distance of local shops, restaurants and the pub. Modern appliances, well equipped kitchen , light, warm and airy with modern and comfy furniture. A north facing deck for afternoon drinks and cheese plate whilst enjoying the native bird life. We would come back in a heartbeat..
