  Whilst the location is excellent the overall condition of the unit is very tired looking and very outdated. The bathroom/toilet is in need of a repair/renovation. The furniture is extremely uncomfortable and some is unnecessary. A pantry cupboard is definately necessary as there is nowhere to keep food. Very old pots and pans. Lots of unnecessary clutter in cupboards. Oven definately needs a professional clean. ( griller caught on fire when grilling cheese toastie.

  We had a lovely and peaceful holiday recently at South West Rocks. The 80s styled unit was charming with plenty of room and close to the beach. The of life in this beach village was so relaxing and went home feeling refreshed and calm. Nothing like a holiday where you park the car and don't need to use it.

  Whilst the rental is just right for me. It definately needs some renovations. Mainly the bathroom with missing tiles in the shower recess. A chest of drawers in the bedroom would be a bonus. Kitchen definately needs a small pantry, perhaps next to the fridge. As far as location goes it is awesome. I always have an amazing time here. On the whole I am happy to rebook this unit.
