Please note: the third bedroom is located in a separate cabin, and linen is not provided. This property is currently up for sale! The separate third bedroom makes this home ideal for families with teenagers, grandparents wanting their own space, or two families holidaying together. The home features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a commercial-grade freestanding oven, a large sunny dining area, and a very comfortable lounge room. For year-round comfort, there is air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. From the lounge, step out onto the undercover deck and enjoy views across Trial Bay and Arakoon National Park—perfect for relaxing with a drink while cooking on the large hooded 6-burner gas BBQ. Sleeping arrangements: Main bedroom: Queen bed, ceiling fan, and TV Second bedroom: Trio bunk (single on top, double on bottom) plus an extra single bed, with ceiling fan Third bedroom: Located at the rear in a separate cabin, with air conditioning and a queen bed This property sleeps up to 8 guests. The main bathroom has a separate shower and bath, with the toilet located next door. The laundry is outside and includes an additional shower and separate toilet, this serves as the second bathroom. This is a pet-friendly property with a fenced dog run. Please note that only the dog run is fenced, not the entire yard. Pets must remain outdoors at all times under no circumstances are pets allowed inside the house. This home is in an excellent location with a beautiful outlook. The property was very comfortable with lovely views. It is in walking distance of the beach, walking paths and shops.

House was a great setup for our family, walking distance to beach, restaurants, creek etc. House was well equipped and clean. Beds were comfortable. The locals in the street were all lovely. Unfortunately, the night before we left, 2 of our vehicles were stolen, Anna from the Real Estate was amazing, along with the neighbours, police etc. My only suggestion would be to maybe have security lights installed to put off potential thieves. I feel for this beautiful town that they have to put up with these kids crime. We had a wonderful family holiday other than this incident. If you choose to stay here, please be vigilant....

Great property within walking distance of just about everything. The whales put on a show! If visiting in winter bring extra warm blankets or doonas as the ones supplied were very thin .There is an outside toilet and shower- not great, we didn’t use them. No bathroom in the granny flat but it was cozy.

This house was a short walk to the beach and in the opposite direction to our mothers house in Gregory St, for when she was having a special “0” birthday. We enjoyed the afternoons on the breezy balcony which was East facing.

Spent 2 weeks in summer salt with 2 families, 4 adults, 4 children. The house is in a beautiful location and has alot of space. 1 bed room outside which could be updated in regards to mattress and slight stake smell but very convenient for two families with extra room. The other rooms were good, large size good storage, generally good beds, double bed on bunk bed could be updated comfort wise but other than that bedrooms good. Kitchen is grea good facilities and equipment provided, dining room good, hard to clean table due to the timber having big gaps but easily fits 2 families with added chairs, lounge room a great size, Single arm chairs comfortable, the larger lounge was not very comfortable with hard bits poking out, the rug was not clean we rolled up and put outside under cover until our stay was over due our children being on the floor alot. Outdoor showers and toilet so convenient and great to wash off after beach. Indoor bathroom is good size just could be updated or cleaned the indoor shower pressurehot/cold was hard to perfect but we managed. We love that the house is pet friendly great outdoor area for pets. We love the location of house walking distance to almost everything. The outdoor furniture was utilised alot and we enjoyed being outside. Overall we loved our stay, only thing we would suggest is a bit of a deep clean, as we cleaned upon arrival things we thought needed it. In saying that We would stay again definately.

We had an amazingly comfortable and perfect holiday stay. Coming from Ireland to visit relatives we were perfectly placed halfway to visit them and also head to the beach. Great comfortable beachy style house that was lovely for our family stay.

We loved staying at this beach house, with a lovely outlook and could even see whales with binoculars! Comfy beds, very modern kitchen 1950’s bathroom but plenty of hot water. This old house has a relaxing vibe and is so quiet at night. It is not fenced at the front so expect kangaroos at night. There is a great fully enclosed dog run with kennel at the back and we loved the fruit from the large avocado tree. There are steps up to the front door and the front driveway is not flat, so may not suit elderly. Many thanks for sharing your home.

Verygood. The House is great but some suggestions for improvement would be that the bathroom could do with an upgrade and it would be great if there was a dryer in the laundry. We normally go at Easter time - getting cooler and sometimes rain - if you can't dry towels etc it becomes problematic. It's a great pet friendly house and we like staying there a lot- have done for many years

House is in great location, bed very comfy. May need a few more pantry stapes ie salt & pepper. And also no bread knife. These little things do make a big difference to your stay. Also just for others with a dog, I think if the backyard was fully fenced ie there are no gates on sides of the house, only the fenced off area up the back, it would be 5 stars, but if having a BBQ out the back, its a bit mean to lock them up behind the fenced off area.

we have stayed here before, while the house is always clean & tidy, we do think that it should have a thorough clean every 3 months. also recommend the lounge be replaced. very uncomforatable.
