Step outside onto not one, but two spacious balconies. Whether you're enjoying a BBQ on the Weber, soaking up the sun on the lounge, or unwinding with a book, this space is perfect for relaxing and taking in the beautiful outlook.

With three well-appointed bedrooms, there’s plenty of space for families or couples all beds include linen:

Master bedroom: Queen bed, TV, and private ensuite with spa bath
Bedroom 2: Trio bunk (double on bottom, single on top)
Bedroom 3: Two single beds

Additional features include a fully equipped internal laundry with washer and dryer for your convenience.

Located just a short stroll from the park, kids will love the modern playground, while the nearby walking and bike tracks are perfect for outdoor adventures.

Linen: All linen, including sheets and towels, is now provided for your stay.

Whether you love fishing, swimming, snorkelling, surfing or taking in a bit of history at the Trial Bay Gaol or Smoky Cape Lighthouse, this is a great place to escape and is the ideal family retreat by the beach perfect for year-round swimming.

South West Rocks is popular as a holiday destination for its variety of beaches including Horseshoe Bay, Main Beach, Little Bay, Gap Beach, North Smoky and Smoky Beach. Beginners and experienced surfers will both find waves to suit them or take a surf lesson with Trent Munro Surf Academy.

Fish Rock Cave, 2 km offshore, is one of the best cave dives in the country, a 125-m passage through the centre of a small island, with an amazing variety of marine life including grey nurse sharks, turtles and spotted eagle rays.

The area has a rich heritage set on cliffs high above the sea, Trial Bay Gaol was built in the 1880s to house prisoners and then as an internment camp for Germans and Austrians living in Australia during World War 11. Smoky Cape Lighthouse is one of the oldest, and tallest, lighthouses in NSW.

  Overall.. wonderful.. thanks.. one thing for your improvement.. there was only 1 dishwasher pellet and no spare toilet paper.. We had to buy extras of each on day 2 of our stay.. please consider improving this small thing.. also, there were very few garbage liners.. thanks!

  A lovely place for a restful holiday. Clean, comfortable & close to everything. The only draw back were the 2 flights of stairs, not ideal for older visitors or young children. There was a lockup garage that we weren’t told about at checkin. Close to the beach & cafes.
