Welcome to Northpoint 1, A budget-friendly, older-style holiday home in a great coastal location, offering simple and comfortable accommodation for a relaxed, no-fuss stay. Our little unit includes air-conditioned 2-bedroom unit. This inviting accommodation is just steps away from the beach and designed for relaxation with family or friends, comfortably catering to up to 5 guests.

Step outside to your private covered patio area, where you can enjoy the fresh sea breeze while dining at the outdoor seating or grilling on the gas BBQ. Inside, you'll find a simple yet functional kitchen, a comfortable lounge and dining area with a large flat-screen TV and DVD player for your entertainment.

The main bedroom features a queen bed, with all linen included, and direct access to the patio, allowing you to unwind to the gentle sounds of the ocean. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds and a trundle bed, also with all linen included and a ceiling fan for added comfort.

Enjoy a peaceful stay with filtered water views through the caravan park to the north.

Please note, the garage accommodates small vehicles only.

At Northpoint 1, we provide all the essentials for a worry-free stay, including sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels. Each bed is fully prepared with mattress protectors, pillows, quilts, and covers. We kindly ask that you bring your own beach towels, washing powder, kitchen detergent, soap, and toilet paper, though complimentary starter items are provided.

    very good, except for the garage Whilst our small venue fitted in, with the boot open, it touched the roof. Very narrow to get out, especially when large 4 wheel drives are parked opposite, and through no fault of theirs, stick out into the driveway. Also whilst unit was clean overall, there was sand in between the lounge cushions, old peanuts and tissues behind the tv. and block out curtains are needed in the main bedroom. the tenants in the next unit constantly hopped across our patio near the bedroom window going to and from the caravan park. some of the equipment could do with replacement, i.e. pan had bottom off it. But overall it was a good unit. The staff at Lifestyle, were great too, replacing the garage key when the 1st one wouldn't work, and were always helpful and pleasant whenever we had contact before booking this unit.

    The unit was very comfortable with plenty of kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. Being situated on the ground floor made it very easy to access and any noise from holiday makers above our unit was not noticed. It was an easy walk into town and onto the beach and our car was not used much at all. We found the unit had been well cleaned and maintained. The property was provided with an enclosed garage that would be difficult for a larger vehicle than a small sedan to access. Even with a small vehicle, several adjustments had to be made to enter it. For larger vehicles there are other parking spaces available under a roofed area on the grounds. The staff at Lifestyle office were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. South West Rocks has a very nice assortment of restaurants with very good meals and pleasant staffing. A small supermarket was available close by and 2 larger ones (IGA and Coles) a short drive away. We would readily recommend this unit to a couple and maybe 1 or 2 small children.

    Very good overall, despite a faulty toilet seat which was duly repaired. South West Ricks is such a gem that so long as you’re there, you’ll enjoy it as it’s a brilliant location with so many great walls, a great golf course and plenty of beaches and eating places.

    This unit needs urgent Pest Control attention and a good cleaner that is employed to do their job professionally. Disappointed as the photo shows a different side to the floor cleaning attention which was needed. Is this what clients get for the price they pay.

    We enjoyed a relaxing short break in Unit 1 Northpoint as we have done on previous occasions. The unit is conveniently located to Horseshoe Bay beach and the local restaurants and cafes. The unit is comfortable and clean and has everything we need. TV and air conditioning. It is on the ground floor with no ocean view however we spend most of our time outside at the beach or going on lovely walks along the beach No wifi available. Car space available with garage door. Note that the car space is not big enough for large 4WD or long base vehicles. We like staying here.

    Beautiful property, ground floor, no stairs to take which was handy because had too many heavy things which was good. Had own remote roller door garage, the only one in the whole building. Restaurants all close not even a minute walk. The beach is one minute walk. Iga and Coles 2 min drive. If you enjoy fishing it’s only 5 min drive to the breakwall and jerseryville bridge.

    We enjoyed staying in Unit 1 Northpoint. It has been a favourite choice of accommodation for a long time. It is close to Horse Shoe Bay beach and all restaurants and cafes along the main street. Private off street parking. Reverse cycle aircon; comfortable queen bed and 2 singles in the second room. It has all we need. It does over look the caravan park however at this time of the year it is quiet and when we have stayed in other seasons, we have never had a problem with noise.

    Our experience started with very friendly and accommodating staff at Elders R/E. The accommodation was in a great location for a young family, close to beaches and cafes. The unit was clean and comfortable with a useful outside area with bbq.
