  If you look past the minor but annoying real estate confusing automatic communication this property would suit a family, for a well located accommodation to beach, river and CBD. Although SWR area deserves a good drive about the area. Here you have a lock up garage which is good to keep your car free from salt air. We made a list of things needing repair, again the RE performance in managing the property.
  Cleaning was basic. Just don't look under the bedheads and other 'not seen' spaces, although the beds were comfy. Lots of extras left in the kitchen, but again, a more thorough clean would suffice every 2 months e.g.
  Depending on what the RE charges you, this is a good property for location, and definitely not a dumpy old place.

  This villa is in the perfect location for anyone looking to stay on South West Rocks and is as described on the website. The property was spotless when we arrived. Elders Lifestyle who manage the property are very professional and very prompt to answer any questions you may have. A 300 metre walk to the centre of town, beaches and restaurants. The villa is well appointed and has everything you need to have an enjoyable holiday. It is in a quiet area and also a 500 metre to the Country Club. Chop and Chill is a great cafe to have any meal and is only 300 metres from this villa. For a quiet afternoon drink overlooking the ocean the South West Rocks Surf Life Saving Club is great.
