A budget-friendly, older-style holiday home in a great coastal location, offering simple accommodation for a relaxed, no-fuss stay.

Nestled at the Caravan Park end of town, this two-bedroom beach cottage welcomes you with its fully fenced surroundings. Within easy walking distance to the beach and a leisurely stroll to the picturesque creek at the rear, this retreat offers the perfect blend of convenience and relaxation.
We don't supply linen, all the beds have mattress protector, pillow case, pillow, quilt and quilt cover. You will need to bring your own sheets and towels, bath mat, tea towels You will also need to bring your own washing powder, kitchen detergent, rubbish bags, soap and toilet paper, etc.

The open-plan kitchen and living area seamlessly flow together, featuring a leather lounge suite and a flat screen television equipped with a built-in DVD player.


Step into the fantastic covered entertaining area at the rear of the cottage, complete with a convenient gas BBQ and inviting outdoor furniture for enjoyable gatherings.

Please be aware that the garage is reserved for the owner's use only.

The fully fenced yard provides an ideal space for your canine companions to roam and play freely. This property is pet-friendly, although we kindly ask that your furry friends remain outdoors at all times. Please be advised that pets are not permitted indoors under any circumstances.

While we ensure that all beds are equipped with mattress protectors, pillows, pillowcases, quilts, and quilt covers, we kindly ask guests to bring their own sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels. Additionally, guests are expected to provide their own laundry detergent, dish soap, personal soap, and toilet paper among other personal necessities.

A $40 Booking Fee plus a separate Cleaning Fee Applies to all bookings.

 HAT HEAD

Hat Head is the Ideal fishing village surrounded by Hat Head National Park and the best in pristine & unspoiled beaches. The beaches, sand dunes, rain forest and wetlands offer an ideal backdrop for bush walking and relaxing.

Launch your trailer boat from the creek side ramp with adjacent fish cleaning facilities also available- all only, a minute's drive, just past the Bowling Club.

There are a lot of walking tracks to choose from and visitors can also enjoy bird watching. Birdwatchers can look for black swans and spoonbills in the parks wetlands, hawks and eagles soaring above beach cliffs and shorebirds like curlews and plovers around the beach.

Hat Head National Park is a great place to go whale watching during the annual whale migration which takes place from June to November.

    Bonnydoon provides basic style accommodation at an affordable price - in a prime location within close proximity to the local shop/takeaway and beach. We had a lovely stay, visiting family in the nearby caravan park.
    There is one air con unit in the house - in the 2nd bedroom off the kitchen. The lounge, toilet seat and main bedroom mattress could do with an upgrade at some point and kitchen cupboards could do with a deep clean. Otherwise everything was clean and comfortable.

    This was a great house with a nice, sunny front verandah. Perfect for a winter getaway. The only downside was that the oven didn’t work. We had bought all of our groceries before the trip, so it was pretty disappointing when we couldn’t cook half of the meals.
